How it works

Paste in the letter. We'll make it make sense.

You don't need to know what an SSI notice or a Medicaid renewal means before you start. Throughline reads it first and tells you in plain words.

  1. Paste the Letter

Paste the text of the letter or notice. It is handled on the server and kept in your circle's vault. Uploading a PDF or a photo isn't built yet, so for now the text is what goes in.

  2. Throughline Reads It

Throughline identifies what the document is and reads only what's on the page. Every value is tied to the line it came from. If something isn't there, it says so. It explains, and it never tells you whether anyone qualifies.

  3. A Checklist in Phases

Each document becomes a few steps, sorted into phases, with any deadline attached. A date is read off the page or drawn from a sourced rules library, and a date from the library is flagged to confirm with the office.

  4. Ends at the Door

Every step names the office that handles it, like Social Security, your state Medicaid agency or the school district, with the way to reach them.

A few things are urgent. Most can wait.

Throughline sorts every step into one of six phases, so a lifetime of care comes one step at a time.
