We will never tell you what to do, decide who qualifies, or draft a legal document. Only SSA, your state Medicaid office and the school district can decide eligibility. We point you to them, and to professionals who can help.
We never invent a number.
If a value isn't on your document or in a sourced rule, we say so. SSI limits and Medicaid thresholds change yearly and vary by state, so every figure is flagged to confirm with the office. A confident wrong answer is the one thing we refuse to give you.
